American Soft Roll a.k.a Roti kasur/ Roti sobek

American Soft Roll
Yield: @50gr 

Bahan:
Sweet bread
550gr hard flour
11gr instant yeast
150cc fresh milk
200cc iced water
5gr salt
60gr Margarin
75gr Sugar
6 egg yolk
3gr bread improver
Filling:
100gr meises
100gr ananas jam
100gr blueberry/strawberry jam
etc....... >> sesuai selera :)
Methode:
Campur trgu,ragi,dan gula.masukn kng tlr,aduk,tuang susu&air.stlh trcmpur smua,masukn margarin&garam.uleni smpai kalis elastis.bulatkn adonan,frmentasikn 30menit.timbang 50gr,moulding,proofing 15menit,kempiskan adonan,bulatkn&isi.siapkan loyang bulat (boleh loyang bongpas/loyang biasa dialas krts roti&dioles margarin).susun rapat adonan di loyang.proofing 15menit,oles dgn eggwash/susu evaporated.panggang dgn suhu 200c.sesudah matang oles dgn margarin/susu evaporated biar kinclong.
